Sharran is a 4x Inc. 500 Entrepreneur with 5 exits in the last 19 years. 

Today, Sharran serves as the President and Managing Partner at Acquisition.com, working closely with Leila and Alex Hormozi to help founders build extraordinary businesses.

Over the years, Sharran has helped build two billion-dollar companies. Most recently, he was President at Real (NASDAQ: REAX), the fastest-growing publicly traded real estate brokerage in the world. Before that, he scaled Teles Properties 10x in five years and led its sale to Douglas Elliman (NYSE: DOUG). Sharran started out at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse and has since advised and invested in companies across real estate, SaaS, and services.

Sharran currently sits on the board at Real (NASDAQ: REAX), and ARC Multifamily Group which focuses on value-add multifamily investment projects. 

Outside of that, Sharran runs the 5AM Club, a global movement focused on morning discipline, and hosts the Business School Podcast, where he shares simple, tactical playbooks for founders and operators who want to grow with more intention and less chaos.
