Do you like meeting new people? If you’re a business person, you must be getting a lot of inbound pitches for discovery calls or requests from people who want to “pick your brain” or sell you stuff. You may even get invitations to be a podcast guest or speak at an event. But you can’t take every call or attend every meeting. So how do you filter which meetings to attend or decline?

In today’s episode, Sharran shares his simple framework to filter what to say YES to. It has something to do with the three types of people he loves to meet, why he loves meeting them, and how he can add immense value to their lives. If you don’t have your own method, feel free to use the same framework that Sharran discusses in this episode of the Business School Podcast.

“Just like a business owner creates revenue, influencers create eyeballs, a distribution channel, viewers, and traction. The ability to do that is really, really hard and really powerful.”
